Somatic Release
a 90-minute treatment for slowing down, releasing tension and coming back into your body.
Drawing on a blend of modalities, including deep tissue and remedial techniques alongside more traditional eastern practices, each session weaves together slow, therapeutic touch, stretching, rocking and rhythmic movement. The treatment works into areas of tension while supporting fascial release, nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of ease throughout the body.
Each session is intuitively shaped around what your body needs on the day — sometimes softer and slower, sometimes deeper and more focused.
Leave feeling more grounded, spacious and at home in your body.
Choose between an oil-based treatment on the massage table or a clothed, grounded session on a massage futon.
